Your child's Protocol Supports Nutrition Gaps and Toxicity

Your generational exposures tell us that your attention will best serve you when focusing on overcoming picky eating, nutrition therapy, and toxicity in your current environment and the removal of old toxic burdens. With of course a focus on gut restoration.

Our new website is on the way!

Get important launch updates sent to your inbox.

You've been trying to scale the mountain of food diversity with your child and you know that they are missing some key brain and body developing foods.

Likely, you've either been at this awhile with supplements or therapies and are looking to get the framework and strategy to finally overcome the sensory and picky eating train OR you are brand new to your diagnosis and looking to move faster and with more intention towards gains and milestones.

You have already gone against the grain of society by choosing this path of nutrient dense food over food giants ever-convincing ultra-processed garbage.

Your about to zig while others zag. Become the Hot sauce while others vanilla. Take underwater basket weaving (or equally random wellness passion) lessons instead of going to the bar for happy hour. (kidding, you can do both)

You’re a BLA mom. A clever critical thinker. A whip-smart wonder of the world with the motivation to help your child that others only dream of having

All of the above has brought you here, to this most pertinent juncture…

To be like 80% of the autism population and feel daily discontent and misery as you watch your child struggle with symptoms for the rest of their life.
To courageously cut cords with the crowd and turn your passion and love for your child to new adventures, habits, and wellness for a lifetime of joy.

HECK YEAH, BLA FAMILY!

HERE'S TO  CREATING AND IMPLEMENTING EVERY ADVANTAGE YOU'VE GOT

P.S. Meet me over in this video for guidance on exactly where to start in your new course, (CLICK THE IMAGE BESIDE) because your era of autism wellness and change is just getting started and there is a lot of information. This is your video to not feel overwhelmed.

QUIZ RESULTS YOU’LL FIND THE 24-WEEK STARTER PATH FOR YOUR JOURNEY AND NOTHING FEELS BETTER THAN KNOWING YOU HAVE A PLAN…

  •  A personalized plan to use to your advantage when your child needs it the most.
  • Weeks 1 through 12 will focus within the Bring the Fun Back to Meal Time Program.

  •  There are six concepts to follow throughout the program right from the beginning. This is to clean up and recalibrate one's chemistry (both for your child and for yourself) and open up the detox pathways.

    1. Make sure that were drinking at least 750ml-1.5L of water for his age. (half their weight in ounces is the correct measurement)
    2. Make sure that we're sleeping at least 9 to 11  hours a night
    3. Make sure we're getting a 100g to 150 grams of cruciferous vegetables daily  (it is 300g for an adult) Cruciferous veggies are a diverse group that includes broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, kale, bok choy, arugula, Brussels sprouts, collards, watercress and radishes.- we will work on introducing these together
    4. Make sure that we are getting at least one sulfur-rich foods in the alum family preferably (onions or garlic)
    5. Make sure that we are getting at least one to two servings of antioxidant-producing food specifically glutathione when possible such as avocados, grapefruit, tender stems, sweet potatoes, goji berries,
    6. Make sure that we're getting at least 15-20 grams of fiber per day (if you are 1 through 5 successfully its happening naturally)Weeks 1 through 12 You start in the Bring the Fun Back to mealtime program. Where we will focus on a multi-system approach to filling the nutrition gaps, and gut microbiota pre-biotic diversity with an emphasis on brain development foods.

These six concepts support a healthy detoxification system and a healthy endocrine system. Unfortunately, it would take large amounts of time to remove specific toxins that we are exposed to in our world today that have already lodged within the body and tissues.

The next concept is that in order to support a healthy gut the best approach is to focus on a diverse diet. By focusing on a diverse diet of 25 to 50 plants in a one week period. You should be supporting the microbiome while not overconsuming too many high oxalate foods and too many high histamine foods. When consuming diversity you should be ingesting enough high-calcium foods to mitigate oxalate foods. Only beets and spinach should be removed for now.

Ready to get into the power of overcoming toxicity safely and effectively BLA mom?

WEEKS 13-16 FRUIT CHALLENGE AND NUTRITIONAL THERAPY.

Sound counter-intuitive?!

Here's the sitch: even if your child has been eating diversity for 12 weeks, they have likely been depleted for years. So we need to continue prioritizing bio-individual nutritional therapy

Week 13 : Fruit challenge. Why would we do a fruit challenge? Fruits are great, right? Yes, fruits are great in the right quantity or if you choose to be a fruitarian. What is the correct quantity? 1 serving of fruits per 5-6 servings of veggies is a good starting point for kids on the spectrum. When we already have an imbalanced gut and opportunists thriving (candida strep, staph, or clostridium) they feed off all sugar. Now add possible SIBO and fruit that ferments in the stomach, and you have opportunists, and the perfect dinner to thrive and replicate.

We know that studies show that almost all children on the spectrum have larger quantities of candida present. The 3 day fruit challenge is the best way to see just how much. It is a data collection challenge. No fruit 3 days.

Child: Calmer, better awareness and focus + more behavior regulations means lower amounts of candida but it's present = we maintain a healthy ratio of 1 fruit serving per 5-6 veggie servings.

Child: Irratic, constantly hungry, and practically tearing off the doors to the bread/sweets cupboard like an addict looking to support a fix. High levels of candida = we lower to one serving of fruits per day for at least 6-12 weeks and increase veggie fibers

When candida is present in either amount, there are some reactions to oxalates, and each child will have different sensitivities to these foods. This doesn't mean we remove them. It means we eliminate for 2 weeks and then slowly introduce one at a time with a rotation approach. Rotation diet training can be found HERE

Within the program, there is a bonus recipe  FOUND HERE where you can find 9 different e-books. Your main focus between weeks one and four would be to use only three of these books and see if there are specific recipes that your family would eat. The recipe guides are as follows.

  1. The anti-candida recipe guide
  2. The low oxalate guide
  3. The low histamine guide

Choosing any of the recipes within these three guides will support both metabolic health and reduce blood sugar and glucose. They will also lower candida-feeding foods and take inflammatory processes off the gut keeping things low histamine. So in weeks 13 to 17 explore if any of these are appealing or if they are similar to what you are already cooking.

Week 14: focus on learning about  Nutritional Deficiencies in the module 1

 Top priorities in week 14

Follow the six concepts of recalibration

Begin the BLA course material modules one and one continued with a heavy focus on the homework section, printing up the nutritional therapy assessment and the A-Z grocery guide. (link is below and begin reducing screen time)

We compound on week 13 following the same concepts but hopefully increasing portion sizes of vegetables. We will also improve food chaining and acceptance without always following the resistor and adventurer concepts

week 15-16:

Continue with the Bring the Fun Back to Meal time workbook to prioritize nutritional deficiencies and evaluate changes in your child. Behavior, bowel changes or physical changes

DETOX: IT'S TIME TO TRUST YOURSELF.

Your intuition is your best friend as a parent to a child with a neurodevelopmental disorder. Your results clearly show a larger than usual exposure to toxins and your plan will differ here than most.

You now know how to read your child and you can tap into the pulse of what they really want and need — beyond any fluff or B.S. You're now a BLA mom and the real deal through and through.

With your intuition and clarity open (thanks to the evaluating system), you have an inner compass that's always pointing you back to your true north.

You'll never compromise your integrity or your mission.
This level of authenticity is what your family benefits from the most and detoxing will require a constant connection to your child.

Week 17 :

At this point, we will be bringing detox principles. You will be watching the videos in the detox portion of the course (getting rid of the bad bugs) where we proactively get rid of everything else. Complete meal plans, recipes, or concepts can be followed through the detox portions.

https://www.blueliferx.com/products/the-blue-life-autism-program/categories/2149447884/posts/2165293533

For the meal plan introducing beets in food form in very small amounts is ok… it will start building up the microbiota for it and beets are both anti-parasitic AND supportive to healthy liver function (yes high oxalate which is why it’s the smallest amount possible)

Foods that should be prioritized are very small amounts of beets daily (grated is the easiest way) as it's extremely high oxalate but also extremely supportive to the liver. The first round of the chemical and liver protocol I recommend following the liver juice in the juicing and smoothie guide. Please omit the beet or lower the beet amount to 1/4.

Day one dosage of the liver juice is 20 mls the morning and 20 mls at night. If no behavioral reactions or sleep issues increase to 30 mls by day three and by Day 5 40 mls both morning and night. The goal is to increase these up to the amount of 125ml morning and night by end of round 2.

Each day should also have these foods prioritized during the chemical and liver detox.

  • Zucchini,
  • Beet (if not high in candida)
  • carrot,
  • garlic,
  • Ginger
  •  lemon.

Use already existing recipes and brainstorm how these specific foods can be added. If you are coming up stuck, this is where the coaching calls are good for brainstorming strategy and the community can help.

These are some of the most stimulating to promote both liver detox phase 1 for superficial chemicals but also liver detox phase two where the liver will convert harsher chemicals into a more safe solution to be excreted.

*Note the smoothie and juicing guide is in the recipe and bonus section where the candida recipe guides were

https://www.blueliferx.com/products/the-blue-life-autism-program/categories/2149836588/posts/2163402344

The goal is that in the future as picky eating is overcome he/she will be able to eat most of the recipes in the meal plan for the liver detox. And once candida is more in check his all oxalate will not be an issue and he will be able to have more of the liver-stimulating foods.

Week 18:

The focus is on re-calibrating and remineralizing the body. This is done after every single detox. Nutritional therapy is a priority and going back to following the six concepts with just a few additions.

Binders are extremely important at this stage and I don't mean supplement binders. Binders are things that have both a good variety of soluble and insoluble fiber, to kind of scrape the colon wall and to continue to remove toxins but also we want the gelatin fiber to bind to these toxins and to help them slip out. Food-wise this looks like prioritizing quite a bit of diversity of beans lentils and chickpeas. Smoothies and pancakes are a great place to have these.

https://www.blueliferx.com/products/the-blue-life-autism-program/categories/2149447878/posts/2154504384

Week 19:

is a repeat of week 18 using nutritional therapy you can choose to reassess or you can continue to work off of the prior nutritional deficiencies that were there. And the six concepts of recalibration.

Week 20:

the first round of heavy metal, we will follow again the concepts versus the meal plan although most families tend to like this specific meal plan the best of the detoxes. All of the meal plans are easily accessible for the detoxes in the getting rid of the bad bugs module. The heavy metal juice can start at 20ml morning and night. And by day 3 be up to 40 ml morning and night. *Night disturbances (if this happens we reduce but do not stop the protocol) and slight headaches are normal during the heavy metal detox. The foods to rotate daily are

  • Cilantro
  • Lemon
  • Parsley
  • Wild canadien blueberries
  • Pumpkin seeds

Week 21-22:

This week we're focusing on nutritional therapy re calibrating chemistry and doing the six main points of making sure elimination processes are maintained. We're also going to make sure that we have great binding foods so on rotation at least staggered servings of lentils beans and chickpeas. We can brainstorm how to introduce these on calls if it's not their favorites or if they have texture issues.

https://www.blueliferx.com/products/the-blue-life-autism-program/categories/2149447878/posts/2154504384

Week 23-28: Repeat weeks 5-10

Due to the nature of your family's generational exposures to environmental toxins, supporting the liver and brain is a top priority. You will repeat the detoxes you have done and the recalibration weeks before exploring mycotoxin supports and gut restoration.

Week 29 :

Your priority this week is to explore the mycotoxins detox meal plan to get familiar with the most common ingredients because that's what you're going to be prioritizing next week.

https://www.blueliferx.com/products/the-blue-life-autism-program/categories/2149447884/posts/2165293546

Week 30:

The mycotoxin detox focuses mainly on anti-inflammatory foods and antioxidant-rich foods to correct the cell damage done by mycotoxins (aka mold).  Regardless of mold exposure treating the body with antioxidants (which kids with autism are often depleted from) Because this detox is much milder, we will also provide brain development foods.

This would be the time to explore the getting smart instead of sassy module.

Our focus vitamins and minerals during this week are omega 3, zinc, B complex and magnesium

Below are foods high in all the above needs

Focusing on omega-3 rich foods, leafy greens, and mixed berries is great. We will be following the concepts versus the meal plan although I would love for you to get familiar with the meal plan.

Foods that should be done daily for the mycotoxin detox and binding.

  • Chia seeds not ground but can be soaked for a few minutes.
  • Cauliflower
  • Mixed berries not cooked
  • Walnuts (very high in oxalates so no more than one serving)
  • Hemp hearts and flax seeds
  • Kale and spinach on rotation

At least twice this week have some salmon only wild caught non atlantic

Week 31-32:

Recalibration this week is a great week too redo the assessments for the nutritional therapy period to see if there has been variation or improvements or if there is new holes because whenever you go through a detox process because so many of the ingredients are prioritized there can be a dip in other nutrients.

https://www.blueliferx.com/products/the-blue-life-autism-program/categories/2149447878/posts/2154504384

Continue through the GI detox in the exact same fashion ....

YOU'RE UP BEYOND THE STATUS QUO. NEXT UP IS FOLLOWING THE FRAMEWORK OF LIFESTYLE MEDICINE PRACTICES AND GUT RESTORATION WITHIN THE PROGRAM

At this time showing up to the coaching calls is a fabulous idea to check, share your experience and wins and continue on your journey to reclaim even more milestones. Following the lifestyle medicine principles and gut restoration guide and meal plan will help your child remove the final excesses, heal their T-junction cells with little to no reactions and continue to successfully heal the gut-brain axis.

Congrat!!! Once these steps are done.

You've made it through the program for the first time.

What's next? The process is meant to be repeated and followed with even more recipes and meal plans to compound even more results and remove even more toxicity.

But despite your unfair disadvantage with a picky or sensory eater, there are key elements you’ve developed in order to help heal your child's relationship with food and shift the trajectory of your child's autism outcome.

IF YOU FEEL LIKE TOO MUCH OF A RENEGADE TO TURN UP ALL THESE NEW LIFE HABITS & SKILLS, BLA MOM, I'VE GOT NEWS FOR YOU...

MEET NATALIE — MAMA TO 3 WILD ONES, AMATEUR CRUNCHY, HEALTHCARE FRONTLINE PROFESSIONAL IN A PAST LIFE, NUTRITIONIST, AUTISM WELLNESS STRATEGIST AND BRAIN DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST IN THIS ONE

Hey there,

Glad you're here, fellow rule breaker ;)

Recapping my life in a paragraph is pretty tough but the short version is I lived life BIG! Like really big before I had children. Sometimes I think I may have done more in those days than most do in their entire lives! My body definitely paid for it.

But let's say that the most fun I had was late-night karaoke (till 4 am sometimes), Dance dance revolution parties & watching the sunrise with my now husband.

I lived for the night and worked all day & my favorite saying back then was I'll sleep when I'm dead... You can say I was the life of many parties and I'm a total extravert. During my day hours, I specialized in all sorts of healthcare areas... I was kinda like this person who lived two very opposite lives. Just call me Brucette Wayne female superhero... Oh wait maybe I was more like Bruce during the day and Joker at night? A little wild never hurt, nobody right (to quote the black eye peas)!?

But sometimes we change... a little anyway. Fun will always be a major part of the process!

But on a more serious note below is the story of a girl named Natalie who realized that her party life was an imposed distraction many still live in. Unknowingly....

Her own healing journey started when her almost 2-year-old son was going through the process of receiving a nonverbal autism diagnosis. Being from healthcare Natalie knew right away that the answers to changing this diagnosis would not be found within the confines of this system made for trauma overrun by chronic illness. She began a research journey that over 2 years completely changed her relationship with food and the world around her. Honestly, as soon as hope touched her heart her entire world and lifestyle changed.

With toxicity and nutrition on her radar, her son's illness began to change, and 2 years later that nonverbal child who stacked, made no eye contact, or even answered his own name was speaking in full sentences, laughing with friends, and becoming the natural born leader he was meant to be. By 8 he was socially connecting and the autism diagnosis was deemed no longer needed.
